Terms and Conditions 

Booking Services:

Your service date is booked at least two weeks in advance and an email confirmation will be sent as well as reminder emails. Short notice bookings may be accommodated, additional fee may apply.

Menus / Requests / Substitutions: 

I will provide a menu for your review in advance of your scheduled service date. If you would like to make changes, requests or substitution to your menu please communicate such changes via email. All changes, requests or substitutions must be made no less than 48-hours prior to your service date. If communication of changes is not received 48-hours prior to your scheduled service, I understand the client to have accepted the menu as written and service will be provided as agreed. 

Changes / Cancellations: 

I require a 5-business day notice of any change in service dates or cancellations. If a 5-business day notice is not given a cancellation charge of $100 plus the cost of any groceries and any other expenses already incurred will be billed to client.

Chef Fee:

Charges will include menu planning, shopping, preparing and cooking meals, packaging, clean-up, and delivery. Chef Fee is based on the number of meals cooked, the number of servings each meal and the complexity of the menu & recipes requested. Chef Fees range from $100 to $700 per cooking session or weekly meal prep. Groceries/food costs are not included in the chef fee and will be billed on your invoice.
